David Ross : Web Architect
The tools and technology used to create solutions vary. I try to find the best match between available technology and the specific requirements of your project, then filter the options to best fit the budget.

Whenever possible, I use izotz!create technology, which gives me a tremendous advantage when it comes to designing, prototyping, and building end solutions because of the way it so dramatically speeds up the design/development process, and how easily you can revise and evolve projects during construction.

The izotz!create technology consists of a number of online tools that have been designed to not only enable non-technical users to do some amazing things on the web, but in the hands of designers can really make it a whole lot quicker and easier to build sophisticated web technology. This results in maximizing your return on investment in new technology in the shortest possible time, always a good goal. Equally important, these tools allow for your project to change and evolve at any point in the design/development process with little or no impact on the time schedule or budget. I idea being that the more you can play around and experiment with ideas, the more likely you'll end up with a solution that really solves your problems.

Nearly all of the tools I use are available through the http://izotz.net website. The izotz!web and izotz!CMS tools help you create and manage small and large websites. izotz!click is used to run sophisticated online marketing campaigns. izotz!prototype can be used to quickly and easily collect and organize content in large websites. Other tools like izotz!help, izotz!media, and izotz!crm help create and manage specific types of online applications such as online Help Documentation, online Newspapers and Magazines, and online Customer Relationship Systems. In addition, there are more than 75 prewritten function modules that can add instant functionality to the web solutions built within your projects. The end result being that almost anything you might want to do on the web has already been thought out and written...and in many cases all I need to do is do some customization to fit your specific project requirements. And best of all, projects built within the izotz!create environment can be easily maintained by non-technical people, greatly reducing the training and financial commitment you might otherwise have to make when you do more advanced things on the web.

Go to http://izotz.net and take a look at the available tools, and maybe play around with the ones that interest you. You might just get some ideas about where you want to go on the web, and how you can use web technology to do better business.

Not every project will fit within the izotz!create environment, but when they do, the time and cost savings can be dramatic, and the quality of the end result can be astounding.

Take a look at the izotz!create tools to see the kind of advanced technology I can create for you, and the type of web applications they can produce. The tools themselves run on and were produced in the izotz!create environment.

In addition, you can look at some of the following recent projects :

snapTalker : Something like Twitter, but designed to allow people to hold two, three, or hundred way conversations about whatever they want to talk about.

Mountain Nut Community Website : Lots of interactive functional modules, mostly built on the fly.

Funa Corporation Website : A nice basic website for an international company. Useful to note that it was built in a couple days, and can completely be managed by non-technical people using the izotz!CMS tools.

My BrandBuilder Pro : An example of sophisticated custom technology built for a business that is entirely run on the web. Development time was less than three weeks, and cost less than $25,000. It normally could have taken six months or more, and cost over $100K.
